My niece, Chelsey, was married in October 2009.  Here wedding gift from me, is a quilt. Bet you saw that one coming !  LOL.  Anyway, it has taken me months to decide what I was going to make.  I wanted it to be really special.  I finally decided to go with Judy Neimeyer's Cactus Rose.  It's a really pretty paper pieced quilt.  It is very involved, however.  I spent about two hours today just cutting out the papers and organizing the bags.... I still have 104 papers to cut out.  Oh I hope I haven't bitten off more than I can chew !!! LOL... I need to have this finished by June.  My sewing machine and I are going to be joined at the hip !
